MRC Mills Cuddalore
We undertook a 10-acre Greenfield project at Cuddalore SIPCOT, overseeing the development of plant and non-plant buildings with a total project cost of ₹50 crores. Our scope encompassed a third-party design review and comprehensive Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services. The project posed significant challenges due to a high water table just 1m below ground level, requiring innovative foundation solutions and meticulous planning to ensure structural stability and seamless execution.
