Above the Kalidas Theatre, additional rooms are seamlessly integrated, with the theatre’s roof constructed as a RCC slab, providing both structural support and a durable, stable surface. The building’s design, supported by a Raft Foundation for optimal load distribution, spans 52.9m in length and 39.0m in width, incorporating two basement levels, including a second basement 8.23m below ground. This fusion of advanced engineering and architectural precision ensures the facility’s resilience, creating a lasting and functional space for cultural and cinematic experiences.
