We received a proposal for a Commercial building, SVB Tech Park from Velmuruga Enterprises, Coimbatore. This structure includes an Office building, a parking shed for two wheelers and a car parking which were accommodated within a total site area of 39786.038 sq.m (9.832 Acres). We did the analysis, design, landscaping and overall Project management for this Commercial building.
